Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Denvo LLC ("Denvo", "we", "us") processes personal data when you visit the devsplit website or contact us.

devsplit is operated by Denvo LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. This policy is written with the EU/EEA General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in mind and also covers visitors from other regions.

1. Controller and contact

The controller responsible for the processing described in this policy is Denvo LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. For all privacy requests, including requests from users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, contact: hello@devsplit.io.

2. Data we collect

Technical data: our hosting provider records server logs including IP address, request headers, and timestamps for security and operations.

Contact data: if you contact us, for example by email about a project, we process the content of your message and your contact details to answer your request and to prepare or carry out an engagement.

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and loads no third-party tracking. Fonts are self-hosted. There are no user accounts on this website.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): answering inquiries, preparing proposals, and carrying out projects.

Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): securing and operating the website, preventing abuse, keeping server logs, and defending legal claims. Our interest is running a reliable, secure website; you may object as described in section 8.

Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): retaining business and tax records and responding to lawful requests from authorities.

4. Cookies

This website does not set cookies, neither strictly necessary ones nor tracking or analytics cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

5. Hosting and sharing

The website is hosted by Vercel (Vercel Inc., United States / global infrastructure). Vercel processes HTTP requests, IP addresses, headers, and server logs as our hosting provider, bound by a data processing agreement.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own advertising. We may disclose data where required by law, to enforce our terms, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply.

6. International transfers

Denvo LLC is located in the United States, so personal data of EU/EEA, UK, and Swiss visitors is transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

Where a provider is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (including the UK Extension and the Swiss-U.S. DPF), transfers rely on that adequacy decision. For other transfers we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914) with supplementary measures such as encryption in transit. You can request a copy of the applicable safeguards via hello@devsplit.io.

7. Retention

Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security monitoring and operations and are then deleted or anonymized. Correspondence and project records are kept as long as needed for the engagement and for the statutory retention periods that apply to business and tax records.

8. Your rights under the GDPR

If the GDPR applies to you, you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

To exercise these rights, contact hello@devsplit.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your residence, workplace, or the place of the alleged infringement.

When we process personal data contained in client projects on a client's behalf, we act as processor and the client is responsible for handling requests from their own end users; we assist as described in the Data Processing Addendum.

9. US state privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence (for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise these rights, contact hello@devsplit.io. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

10. Children

devsplit is a professional services website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website, our providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
